Kazakhstan - Anthrax in cattle

A new case of Anthrax has been reported to OIE by Dr Nigmat Khamitovich Zhakupbaev, Ministry of Agriculture, Astana, Kazakhstan.

An outbreak of Anthrax has occured at Komsomol, Dzhanybekskiy, URAL'SK, on the 30 July 2011, and has been reported to OIE on 22 August.

The outbreak pertains to the whole country.
