Proposed a land with groundwater is found at a depth of 60 meters in the area. The success rate is said to be 7 of 10 bores. The location has a rainfall of approx. 700 mm per year and is somewhat dry. There are no rivers or streams in the area.
Would this land be suitable for horticulture? Appreciate opinions.

I think it is normal when water is at the depth 60 meters. You can use water pump for watering of the plant. But you should keep in mind well debit and your needs in water. What is estimated debit of possible well?
